A one-of-a-kind luxury motorhome reportedly once owned by Ye himself is on the market, with McLaren-like doors, Dodge Viper lights and a 6.3-litre V8 engine.
A pimped-out custom motorhome previously owned by Kanye West’s fashion label Yeezy LLC is up for sale in the United States.
Website Cars&Bids is advertising the wild 1996 Mauck MSV 1120S which – even without its celebrity pedigree – is already a rare machine as build number two of only 100 ever made.
The ad states that West’s company Yeezy LLC. owned the RV (Recreational Vehicle) until April 2023 and – like West himself – is anything but conventional.
That includes fibreglass exterior panels with headlights from a Ford Aeromax truck, Dodge Viper driving lights and taillights from a Jeep Grand Cherokee SUV.
There’s also wild McLaren-like dihedral front doors (also made of fibreglass), leather upholstery, front and rear air-conditioning as well as a fridge and – literally – a kitchen sink.
Sitting on the leather U-shaped rear bench seat gives you access to the roof-mounted rear-seat entertainment system with its 17-inch foldable display screen with a smattering of speakers and multi-coloured LED interior lighting.
The standard 5.7-litre General Motors (GM) petrol V8 has been binned in favour of a more capable 6.3-litre version, with a four-speed auto driving a dual-axle rear with 16-inch wheels.
The entire party machine rides on cushy air suspension made up of six airbags which were replaced as part of the car’s service history, which Cars&Bids says dates back to 2001.
The vehicle’s not perfect – the advertisement notes the front windows don’t work and the air-con has some issues – with the current private seller having only owned the RV since January 2024.
The current owner also repainted the interior according to the ad, but there remains some work to do outside including a faded headlight, cracked taillight lense and some underbody rust to address.
MSV (Mauck Special Vehicles) made 100 examples of the 1120S between 1996 and 1999 and included a high level of personalisation, and West appears to have taken full advantage.
The best part? There’s no reserve, with the wild luxury RV’s highest bid at $US10,000 ($AU15,300) at the time of writing.
Earlier in 2024 West – now known legally as ‘Ye’ – showed off an unusual-looking vehicle in a viral social media video titled Kanye previews his Yeezy Cybertruck.
West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian – who used a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport in an attempt to avoid being noticed during a 2022 visit to Queensland – is one of several high-profile celebrity Tesla Cybertruck owners.
